I painted this piece for the cover of the Jackson Hole Snowboarder Magazine. My idea was to capture an entire season in a moment… it was a concept that had been evolving as I observed several winters in the valley. A dreamlike vision of anticipation, the moment itself, and the reflection of winter and the inspiration it brings.
